VAHANIAN & ASSOCIATES CELEBRATES BONNIE M. BOYCE, CFP® 30 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Saratoga Springs, NY, January 27, 2022 – Bonnie M. Boyce, CFP® recently commemorated her 30th anniversary with Vahanian & Associates Financial Planning Inc. of Saratoga Springs. While Jeffrey C. Vahanian, CFP® founded the company in 1986, Bonnie joined shortly thereafter in 1992, cementing what has been a powerful and rewarding collaboration in shaping the future of the firm.
In reflecting upon Bonnie’s presence, Vahanian says “Bonnie is not only my business counterpart, but she is one of my closest friends. I can’t imagine doing what we do without her by my side. She is the consummate professional and simply a joy to work with.”
Bonnie grew up in Saratoga Springs, attained her Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from Syracuse University and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from SUNY Albany.
Of her role at Vahanian, Bonnie says “Having started my career at First Albany Corporation, a regional broker dealer at the time, I was grateful for the initial exposure to the industry. But I wanted to find a practice that was more focused on client relationships, where I could also expand my knowledge base to best serve families we work with.” So, in 1992, Ms. Boyce joined Mr. Vahanian in building the firm to what it is today. As Bonnie says, “This is my home and work family.” And as Jeffrey Vahanian concurs, “I wouldn’t even want to do this without her.”
Ms. Boyce is also a FINRA Registered Securities Principal, CFP®, Vice-President and the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. The company which manages $350mm in client assets is also supported by 22-year member and Director of Client Services, Rachel Harvey, six-year team member and Jeffrey Vahanian’s daughter, Cameron Corsi, Director of Investment Research, six-year member Lisa Cast, Client Services and Operations Specialist, and our newest team member, Julia Eddy, Administrative and Client Services Specialist.
