Cory joined Vahanian & Associates in April 2024 as a Client Services & Financial Planning Associate after serving three years as a Registered Client Service Associate at a local independent advisory firm. At Vahanian & Associates, Cory wears many hats and plays an integral role in our financial planning process on behalf of our clients. He assists in day-to-day operational and client services needs which includes data aggregation and analysis, asset movement, account opening, industry research and strategic planning. Cory also has experience working in an advisor capacity at Merrill Edge where he supported clients through various chapters in their lives.
With Cory’s broad and extensive background in client relationship management, he is able to interact with clients across multiple financial planning and operational areas in a manner that is consistent with our core values and mission to deliver high quality service and guidance.
Cory has a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from Siena College and extensive education in business and music. He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as his New York State Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Cory is married and lives in Gansevoort with his wife Sydney, their daughter Addyson, and goldendoodle, Ravi. Cory spends his free time producing, mixing, and mastering music, playing golf, and cooking. Cory and Sydney love to spend time with friends and family and host game nights.
