FUN FACT ABOUT ME: As the youngest of 13 grandchildren, I am the only one that got my grandfather’s red hair!
Lisa joined Vahanian & Associates in April 2016 as a Client Services Specialist after serving five years in various capacities at AmeriCU Credit Union in her hometown, Rome, NY. At Vahanian & Associates, Lisa has an active hand in multiple areas of client services and support. She is responsible for meeting preparation, processing and monitoring transactions, data downloads and CRM administration. Lisa also plays a lead role in our marketing and communication efforts.
In 2019, Lisa began spearheading technology and operational efforts at Vahanian & Associates as a Client Services and Operations Specialist. Her responsibilities include advancements within CRM technologies, internal reporting, website maintenance, and refinement of operational processes and procedures. Lisa’s skillset is one that is highly detail oriented and proactive, providing a complementary layer of high level support to our clients and strategic business planning.
Additionally, Lisa has extensive client relationship management experience; processing new customer accounts and transactions. With her broad background, she is able to interact with clients in multiple areas and help make sure a job is completed with the quality of care we pride ourselves on.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, NY, Lisa also has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY.
Lisa is married and lives in the Adirondack Park with her husband Ian, their son Forrest, and their two golden retrievers, Jersey and Paisley. They spend most of their free time on their farm where Lisa enjoys being a self-taught photographer – mostly taking pictures of her dogs and the cows.
